What was his major contribution while in office:

One of Coolidge’s contributions was the Kellogg-Briand Pact, a peace treaty that those who signed could not use war as national policy. It failed though, because it’s terms were unrealistic. So if one country who signed the treaty broke it, none of the other countries could go to war with them or they would break the treaty too.  

What did he do after he left office:

Coolidge did not run for a second term, he said that he wouldn’t and gave no explanation. So he retired home to work on his autobiography. Coolidge died suddenly on January 5th, 1933 at 12:45 pm under a plain headstone. His grave lays in Plymouth Notch Cemetery.
