MOM Planner- Table of Contents

  1. Cover Pages (Choose one above, use the rest as section dividers. Or print out your favorite Photo on white card stock! I also recommend laminating your cover page. I even put a second laminated sheet somewhere near the beginning of my planner to protect against coffee!)
  2. 12 month view School year 2018-2019
  3. Resolutions Planning (See my blog post on how to make best use of this page. You should be looking at this page every Sunday during your weekly planning time.)
  4. Family Doctor Visit Planning (How many times have I forgotten something from a visit six months ago and wished I’d have written it down somewhere?)
  5. Password Keeper Page (Only write Homeschool passwords or safe to lose ones. Never write passwords to financial sites on anything that regularly will leave your house with you. Losing it cannot be catastrophic. I left a planner at a Homeschool Convention once and never saw it again. So sad. I have two pages of passwords just for school sites, maybe you do too?)
  6. Contacts and Addresses (Write down anything you find yourself looking up regularly. This book is designed to save you time. Don’t make it extra work.)
  7. Reading Plan and Log (Do you have a bunch of books on your nightstand that you’ve been wanting to read? Are you afraid to put them back into the shelf in case you forget you wanted to read them? Now you have a place to write them down and you can clear up that nightstand! Plus, log those books you’ve already finished so you can try to beat the amount of books you read this year!)
  8. Monthly Family Event Planning (First page is for family events, second page is for Homeschool events. Every year I forget the deadlines for turning my paperwork into the schools.)
  9. Monthly Homeschool Planning
  10. 4 Year Subject Planner and Notes per Student (I love having somewhere I can SEE where we are headed with each subject. Then the notes page is for transcript info, college planning, online sites I want to save, Classical Conversations memory masters ideas.)
  11. Insert Activity Calendars from sports, dance, classes, schools, etc.
  12. Current Year and Next Year Curriculum Planner per Student (I write down all the curriculum, no matter how minuscule, on the first page going into a school year. I will never again lose track of a great idea, even websites with book list ideas. The second side is the ideas I come across that I know I can’t fit in during the current school year. Then when I sit down over the next summer to plan the next year’s curriculum, I already have a head start and it’s not like starting all over again.)
  13. Quarterly Goals and Achievements per Student (In August set three to seven main goals for each child. Then in weeks 9, 18, 27, and 36 have a meeting with mom, dad, and student to assess how things are going.)
  14. Month Calendars May 2018 – August 2019 (2 page spread)
  15. Weekly Planner Page (2 page spread) (Note a major goal for the week along with what book you’re currently trying to finish.)
  16. Weekly Groceries/Menu Planner Page every month (Menu Planning can be used for either groceries or dinner ideas, and Project Planning can be used to keep track of any projects you have going such as blogging, writing, teaching, book clubs, cub scouts, volunteer work, etc.)
  17. Project Planning Page every month
  18. Blank Lined Notes Pages
