1.1 Getting Set Up

First things first, you need a Code Combat account. To get one set up just follow the steps below and/or watch the video!

Steps to set up a Code Combat account and link to the classroom:

  1. Go to Codecombat.com
  2. Click “Sign-up”
  3. Click “Student”
  4. Enter the code “ThinkTrueBird”
  5. Click “Continue”
  6. Enter the student’s first name and last initial
  7. Optional: Add an email address to link to your account
  8. Enter your chosen username and password
  9. Click “Create Account”
  10. Click “Start Playing” to see your dashboard
  11. Email mercy@logcabinschoolhouse.com with your student’s Username and the name you used to purchase the course, this way I can assign you your license.

Code Combat has two platforms, Code Combat and Ozaria. After following the above steps you should have a Code Combat account and be linked to a Code Combat classroom. For Ozaria, you need to sign in with the same Code Combat account, but join a new classroom. To do so follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Ozaria.com
  2. Log in with your Code Combat account
  3. Under Join a Class enter the join code, “SheepLifeOld”
